2. It is your responsibility to determine your State and or Countries legal requirements and or restrictions of purchase, transfer, and ownership of any item(s) that we sell.

 Return Policy

We stand behind our products 110% and will do everything possible to ensure you receive exactly what you pay for.

We DO NOT Charge “Re-stocking” fees

1. Even though we make every effort to insure you receive the best possible product things do happen. Items that are received defective may be returned for exchange or full refund within thirty days.  Items received damaged due to shipping we ask that you contact us within seven business day for instructions due to insurance requirements. Your purchase must be returned as received in-order to receive a replacement or refund. Items will not be accepted for return simply because you have changed your mind. Please allow 5-7 business days for credits to be reflected on your account.

2. If your purchase is received damaged DO NOT attempt to correct or repair it yourself as it immediately negates our ability to refund or repair your item LET US DO IT.  CALL US FIRST!!!!

 Out of Stock/Backorders

1. If an item is “Out of Stock” or in a “Backorder” status we will notify you immediately as to the expected date of delivery.  You must tell us what you want to do at that time.

 Shipping

Domestic Shipping Is Free

1. All domestic sale items are shipped via USPS Priority mail unless it is an extremely small shipment. 

2. Some items due to their large size and weight or hazardous characteristics will be shipped via USPS Regular Ground Service unless prohibited and then they will be shipped FEDEX ground.  We prefer not to use UPS.

International orders

All International Orders are Shipped at Customers Expense.

Please contact us to determine the appropriate charges.  If we over estimate the shipping charges by more than .50 we will refund the excess.  If we underestimate the charges we will pay it.

1. International orders maybe shipped by Global Priority or Express Mail Service, where size permits the use of these  services, otherwise we will ship via FEDEX. 

2. Some items we can ship via Airmail for free if the total weight is no more than 15 oz.

3. If you wish us to use standard AirMail Parcel Post (if size permits) we will have no liability for loss since there is no way to track the shipment or insure it's delivery. Although we have never lost a shipment we have had them go missing for several months so we do not recommend this method of shipping for something important.  The decision is totally up to you the customer depending on your wishes and what you are willing to pay. 

    Abandon Goods

Any items purchased which we are unable to deliver will be considered abandon goods after 90 days and will be disposed of accordingly.  We will make every reasonable effort to ensure their delivery but, if after 90 days you have not supplied sufficient information for delivery or we are unable to contact you then the goods are considered abandon.  We will attempt contact by email and regular post every thirty days in three attempts.
