Neji Menuki are typically used in the construction of tsuka handles for Tanto.  They are passed through the ana and screwed together.  They are available in high quality gold or silver.

These Menuki are handcrafted in solid silver and then given a gold overlay.  The detail is outstanding.  #36 are the same with the exception that they have been given a smoky patina.
