Files Saya File Tsuka File
These are hand made and forged files used to finish the interior of a finished tsuka or saya. They are a heavy wood type rasp file thicker on the mune edge and tapering down to a thinner ha edge. The Tsuka file is shapped more like a spear point with no curve and the saya file has a more knife like shape. The tsuka file has a 9cm long file section and is 40cm overall in length. The saya file has an 11cm long file section and is 96cm overall in length. These are used for making adjustments to tight fitting tsuka cores and saya and to clean them. SPECIAL ORDER

Natane Oil
Used to make KUSUNE (traditional glue). Mix the Natane Oil with pine resin and heat it. (traditional way) KUSUNE is used when you do TSUKAMAKI. 500ml
Matsuyani
Tsukamaki-shi used to make Kusune (traditional glue) from Matsuyani and Natane oil. It prevents the Tsukaito from slipping. 300g
