Kongo-do Tokkyu-hin A sububstitute for ara-to and has a uniform particle.
Ashi Kongo-do A substitute for ara-to with varying grit to be selected based on the condition of the blade. The 220grit is probably the most popular. Comes in 80, 120, 180 (both hard and soft), and 220 (both hard and soft) grit.
Binsui-do Tokkyu-hin A substitute stone for Binsui the second stone in the groundwork and has a uniform particle.
Shin-Asahi Binsui-do Another substitute for the second stage groundwork.
Asahi Binsui-do Used for the second stage and is somewhat coarser than Shin-Asahi Binsui-do
Kaisei-do Tokkyu-hin A substitute for natural Kaisei and is the third stone in the groundwork process and has a uniform particle.

Asahi Chu-nagura-do Fourth stone used in the groundwork.
Kaishin-do Is another substitute for Chu-nagura-do and can be used in the fourth stage of the groundwork. It is soft and whets the blade very quickly.
Ashi Koma-nagura-do The fifth stone of the groundwork process and used before the Uchigumori or Suita.
White Koma-nagura-do Another artificial stone used as the fifth stone of the groundwork process.
