All items sold from this site are guaranteed to be of the highest quality.  If you are not satisfied with ANYTHING you have purchased simply let us know that you are returning it and we will gladly refund your entire purchase price to include shipping.

Although we try and keep most items in stock we can not always do so either because we can't afford to have some just lying around or they simply sell to quickly.  However even if not in stock our supply lines are very secure.  With few exceptions you should receive your order within 2 to 5 days from the time that you place it (unless held for payment processing) and at the very longest it just might take a week.  This of course is for domestic shipments.  As for international shipments we can not say if the receiving countries postal service is as good as our own but we will assist in tracking your shipments to the best of our abilities.  In four (4) years the USPS hasn't lost or damaged any of my shipments.
